We break down in this article both T-RIZE and RIZE developments that happened throughout October 2026 – another eventful month for the ecosystem. As always, Tokerize covers the news monthly under the same format.
October — Week 1
October 2nd: The first on-chain transaction moving RIZE between Base and Canton Network mainnet appeared on Chainlink CCIP.
October 3rd: A new proposal on Canton Network mainnet went out to rename a partyID “T-RIZE Services.” A new partyID for CarbonZero – the foundation behind the RIZE token – was also spotted, and interactions between CarbonZero and T-RIZE Services happened simultaneously for the first time. In their token transparency filing for RIZE at Blockworks, T-RIZE and CarbonZero described the token as “the access and coordination token for T-RIZE Group’s institutional tokenization stack, built for Canton-based workflows.” The technical setup behind this appears to already be live on Canton Network.
It’s worth noting that all of these partyIDs are multi-hosted / co-hosted on chain, involving Digital Asset, the firm behind Canton, backed by industry leaders such as Goldman Sachs, DTCC, Broadridge, BNP Paribas, CME Group, Deutsche Börse Group, J.P. Morgan and more; MPCH, a dual-use cryptographic infrastructure company that runs roughly 25% of the Canton super validator network and is the only provider offering hot and cold key management at the ledger level, serving Visa, Broadridge, and the tier-one bank cohort onboarding to Canton behind DTCC; and T-RIZE itself, which according to the Canton Network Foundation has secured over $10B in signed contracts and MOUs and is delivering the first tokenized new-construction real-estate transaction on Canton, alongside one of the largest private-credit tokenizations in the market, targeting institutional-grade double-digit yields.
October 5th: RIZE closed 4 green weekly candles in a row, continuing its market recovery.
October 7th: T-RIZE attended Digital Asset Summit Asia 2026, organized by Blockworks. T-RIZE and CarbonZero had recently and voluntarily completed a B2 TTF for the RIZE token – a transparency standard framework created by Blockworks – and among the token alignment and utility breakdowns in that filing, RIZE was notably described as “the access and coordination token for T-RIZE Group’s institutional stack, built for Canton-based workflows.” A few weeks after the filing, RIZE landed natively on Canton testnet under CIP-56 format, powered by Chainlink CCIP. Transparency filings matter for the relationship teams and foundations build with token holders – the kind of effort that lets projects scale in a favorable environment and makes on-chain finance a better place.
October 7th: T-RIZE Labs attended the International Conference on Machine Learning and Applications.
October 7th: T-RIZE attended TOKEN 2049 Singapore.
October 8th: T-RIZE attended Canton Forum Singapore, hosted by the Canton Foundation. Madani Boukalba published a picture from the event standing next to Eric Saraniecki, holding a shirt featuring RIZE’s new logo, Canton Network, Base, and the line “Markets follow infrastructure.”
Eric Saraniecki is co-founder of Digital Asset & Canton Network and Head of Strategy at Digital Asset. He also co-founded Cumberland, and is among the most recognized leaders in the space, having contributed massively to Canton’s development and shaped it into the most institutionally trusted blockchain network to date.
To grasp the magnitude of seeing a RIZE shirt in this context: Digital Asset is backed by DTCC, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Broadridge, BNP Paribas, Citi, CME Group, Deutsche Börse Group, and Tradeweb, among others. Talk about evolving in the right network.
October — Week 2
October 12th: MEXC put RIZE back in the Innovation Zone and removed it from Assessment, keeping the token listed on the exchange.
October 13th: RIZE closed 5 green weekly candles in a row, continuing its market recovery.
October 13th: Test transactions moving RIZE between Base and Canton Network on the Chainlink CCIP explorer shifted to “success.” In the middle of the testing, the community spotted a transaction to Cantex, hinting at a potential future RIZE listing on the Canton Network.
October 15th: T-RIZE joined the Tokenized Asset Coalition. The Tokenized Asset Coalition, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation working to bring securities onchain under existing regulatory frameworks, convening transfer agents, issuers, broker-dealers, identity providers and application developers around shared standards, publishing research through the TAC Research Hub, and engaging directly with regulators on how established rules apply to tokenized markets.
T-RIZE joining the Tokenized Asset Coalition is a bigger signal than it may first appear. Not every player has the expertise to sit at the table shaping regulatory frameworks and bringing the highest industry tech standards to ultimately allow securities adoption in DeFi – TAC is shaping on-chain finance by co-designing compliant frameworks and pushing them directly to regulators such as the SEC.
Innovations on standards such as GAP – where issuers of tokenized assets and DeFi protocols no longer need to build or manage an identity layer – could help liberalize the industry.
October 15th: T-RIZE Labs and Zeinab Alipanahloo presented “Blind Bundling: A Commitment-Based Ordering Protocol Against MEV for ERC-4337 Account Abstraction” at IEEE BRAINS 2026 in Florence, Italy, co-authored with ÉTS Montréal and Professor Dr. Kaiwen Zhang.
October — Week 3
October 20th: T-RIZE’s Founder & CEO Madani Boukalba was invited to participate in Link:NYC, Chainlink’s capital markets conference, on October 29, 2026, in New York. Link:NYC is an invite-only forum for senior executives and industry leaders building, regulating, or deploying capital through modern financial infrastructure.
It’s a massive signal: beyond being a Premier Member of the Canton Network alongside trillions-AUM entities, T-RIZE remains a recognized industry leader in tokenization orchestration outside of Canton itself.
The signal isn’t isolated. T-RIZE was selected to join the Tokenized Asset Coalition to help shape the industry’s regulatory frameworks just the week before, and Madani Boukalba – T-RIZE CEO and board member of the Canton Network Foundation – had announced the month before taking part in the Collateral Subcommittee chaired by DTCC, alongside Broadridge, ISDA, Euroclear and BNY.
October 20th: Tradecraft announced a new platform, “Tradecraft ATS,” on the Canton Network, built by Obsidian Systems and Texture Capital. The platform will be the first U.S.-regulated trading platform for tokenized securities on the Canton Network, and the ties to T-RIZE are already there.
T-RIZE and Texture Capital announced a collaboration back in July 2024 and have already deployed tokenized deals through Texture. Richard Johnson, CEO of Texture Capital, added: “This partnership cements our leadership in digital securities, offering a broader portfolio of tokenized assets and secondary liquidity opportunities.”
Obsidian Systems is a Premier Member of the Canton Network alongside T-RIZE. Ryan Trinkle, Partner and co-founder at Obsidian Systems, has a seat on the Canton Network Foundation board next to T-RIZE CEO Madani Boukalba, and both entities share common workflows in specific Canton Network Foundation committees such as the Accountability Committee.
October 21st: T-RIZE integrated Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) into its tokenization infrastructure on the Canton Network, with the RWA Foundation covering the news on X.
Completed in technical collaboration with Chainlink, the integration supports tokenized asset transfers from supported EVM networks to Canton and back. T-RIZE’s infrastructure operates natively on Canton, using its transaction privacy and synchronized execution for institutional financial workflows, with cross-network use remaining subject to each instrument’s permissions, custody arrangements and lifecycle requirements.
This isn’t an average CCIP integration – it’s co-engineering between Chainlink and T-RIZE to bring cross-chain capabilities to future ERC-3643 tokens, letting institutional tokenized assets move in and out of Canton Network alongside EVM chains without sacrificing ownership rights, permissions, custody arrangements or the specific obligations tied to each tokenized asset: cross-chain capabilities with the highest level of standards and compliance maintained. T-RIZE and Chainlink are both ERC3643 association members, and the two also co-engineered a first-of-its-kind proof-of-insurance use case implemented at the token level on Canton Network.
October 22nd: Jørgen Ouaknine left a recommendation on the LinkedIn profile of Madani Boukalba, T-RIZE’s CEO. Jørgen – previously chair (now co-chair) of the Canton Foundation board, previously Global Head of Innovation & Digital Assets at Euroclear, and now Global Head of Digital Markets Infrastructure & Wealth Distribution at Apex Group Ltd – wrote:
“I’ve enjoyed working with Madani on the Canton Foundation Board. He brings a strong understanding of capital markets and a practical grasp of what it takes to bring tokenization into institutional finance.
I particularly appreciate his ability to connect the broader strategic questions with the details that matter: governance, risk, and how markets actually operate. His experience in institutional finance, combined with his work building T-RIZE, gives him a valuable perspective on both the opportunities and the challenges.
Madani contributes with conviction while remaining open to other viewpoints. He brings initiative and a clear sense of direction to our discussions, and I value him as a knowledgeable colleague and a committed leader in this industry.”
The potential ties between T-RIZE, Euroclear and Apex had previously been spotted by the RIZE community: Madani Boukalba holds a seat on the Canton Foundation board with Jørgen, alongside 17 other representatives, some from trillions-dollar-AUM companies; the Euroclear logo appears on the T-RIZE website as a “trusted partner” for tokenizing on Canton through T-RIZE; Apex Group recently acquired Tokeny, the company behind the T-REX Protocol (now ERC3643), and both Apex and T-RIZE are ERC3643 association members; and Jørgen spent more than a decade at BNP Paribas, whose logo T-RIZE also showcases on its website next to Euroclear’s.
October 23rd: On the Chainlink CCIP explorer, the community spotted Canton testnet transactions involving a Moody’s validator. On the T-RIZE website, a Moody’s logo appears right below the Chainlink Labs one, listed among the “trusted partners” for tokenizing on Canton through T-RIZE, next to logos for Euroclear, BNP Paribas, Bank of America and BNY.
October 23rd: RIZE got listed on Aero, the new version of Aerodrome Finance, bringing a new cross-chain and unified liquidity experience across the EVM.
October 23rd: A new communication channel opened for the RIZE token, with the first post from CarbonZero on X. To recap the relationship: T-RIZE is a Premier Member of the Canton Network and operates institutional tokenization infrastructure for issuers and institutions. RIZE is the access and coordination token for T-RIZE Group’s institutional tokenization stack, built for Canton-based workflows, and its foundation and issuer is CarbonZero.
October — Week 4
October 24th: RIZE appeared in the Canton Loop wallet UI, spotted by the community. Loop Wallet is a web-based, self-custodial digital wallet built specifically for the Canton Network – hinting at Canton Network native RIZE coming soon.
October 28th: Madani Boukalba, T-RIZE CEO, revealed more pictures from the Canton Forum Singapore event, showing great connections forming around RIZE. Here’s a quick tour of the pictures and the people spotted.
Eric Saraniecki, co-founder of Digital Asset & Canton Network and Head of Strategy at Digital Asset, also co-founded Cumberland. He is among the most recognized leaders in the space and has contributed massively to Canton’s development, shaping it into the most institutionally trusted blockchain network to date.
Aurélie Dhellemmes is Global Head of RWA Sales at Digital Asset, based in Dubai, after leading Network Growth for Canton across EMEA, MENA and APAC. Before that, she spent nearly six years at Ripple, where she built RippleX’s global partner success team (200+ institutional partners on XRPL) and led tokenization and stablecoin go-lives with names like Dubai Land Department, Ondo and Archax. Her TradFi background is just as heavy – Deutsche Bank, BNY Mellon, IBM – and she was named one of the Crypto Oasis Visionaries 2024. When it comes to bringing real-world assets onchain, she’s the person institutions talk to.
Viv Diwakar is Interim Head of the Canton Foundation, the body stewarding the network’s ecosystem. He was previously CIO at HBAR Inc. and Director of Technology Strategy at the HBAR Foundation, and before that spent four years at Digital Asset, including as Head of Emerging Ledgers. He’s been in blockchain/DLT since 2011, with 20+ years of tech leadership across capital markets, insurance, M&A and infrastructure – few people know Canton’s foundations as well as he does.
Jonathan Isaac is CMO of Digital Asset, the voice behind the Canton Network brand. He was previously CMO of CoinMarketCap and Global Head of Brand & Marketing at Gemini, and before crypto he shaped campaigns for HP, Coca-Cola, Sony, Pepsi, Adidas and Uber at agencies like Goodby Silverstein, Anomaly and DigitasLBi – 20 years building some of the world’s most recognized brands, now telling Canton’s story.
Aki Balogh is co-founder & CEO of BitSafe, building infrastructure on Canton, backed by OKX, Chainlink, Animoca, Sequoia Scout and others. A serial founder, he previously co-founded MarketMuse, an AI content platform later acquired by Siteimprove, and is also an advisor to Dakai, the team that built El Salvador’s Chivo Bitcoin wallet. He’s an ex-VC at OpenView and holds two patents in semantic analysis.
Heslin Kim is co-founder & CBO of Zenith, a multiVM execution environment for Canton that drew over $1B in interest for commercial pilot commitments within six months. He’s also General Partner at Assemble Asia, part of the Canton Network Ecosystem Fund, and a Venture Partner at Republic. A tokenization OG, he was VP of BD at Polymath and then Director of BD APAC at Tokeny (where Euronext invested), managing clients with $27B+ in tokenized AUM – one of the best-connected builders in Asia’s web3 scene.
October 28th: T-RIZE Labs presented DeFiRank – federated learning for financial network governance – in Paris at the FLTA2026 event, co-authored with Michael Duchesne, Professor Dr. Kaiwen Zhang and Ulrich Aïvodji.
That closes out an eventful October for T-RIZE and RIZE – Tokerize will be back with the next monthly recap in November.
